Renishaw InVia Raman Microscope
The Renishaw InVia is confocal Raman microscope with an automated stage. The system has two different lasers available (514 nm and 785 nm) with three different gratings (1200/2400/3000). It reaches a cm-1 range from 100-4000. It is equipped with both an edge and eclipse filter. 5x/20x/50x objectives are available. This instrument can be used to acquire spectra, depth focus scans, mappings and serial spectra. 4 different databases for spectra identification are available.
