
When
The constant improvement in quality and size of microscopic datasets, especially from 3D electron microscopy, leads to an increasing need for accurate, repeatable, and reliable image visualization and analysis. In this webinar we look at some of the specific applications of Thermo Scientific AvizoTM software in visualization and analysis of large or multiple microscopic images that are becoming more common by the day. The discussions would include different techniques for 3D visualization, segmentation of complex 3D images, working with multiple datasets from different modalities, porosity analysis in microscopy images, and analysis of fibers and fiber-like structures. In addition, different methods for image-based simulation, and converting images into simulation meshes will be discussed.
